You'll design and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, elevate retail standards, and build strong relationships with global stakeholders. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to reach ambitious goals and drive global change. You will leverage data-driven insights to make key decisions. ■Requirements
・10+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with some international exposure.
・Proven success in optimizing retail operations and driving sales growth.
・Strong leadership experience; proven ability to supervise and mentor a team
・Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
・Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences.
・Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
