- Offline Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the flagship store, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Premium Event Management and Planning: Develop and execute high-profile events that showcase our brand and products, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
- P&L Management: Monitor and manage the store's profitability, including sales, expenses, and inventory, to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Strategic Co-Branding and Co-Campaign Initiatives: Identify and implement strategic partnerships with other premium brands for co-branding or co-campaign opportunities to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients and high net worth individuals, providing personalized service and ensuring their loyalty to our brand.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Regularly analyze store performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including personalized marketing efforts and exclusive offers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail store management, with a focus on premium brands.
- Proven track record in P&L management, event planning, and strategic partnership development.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in managing high net worth clients and private clients.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
