Prints route paperwork for next-day deliveries for onshore.
Update, monitor, and maintain customer's accounts in the system as directed by the customer and/or store.
Run and review multiple reports daily to ensure billings are completed. All VIPs are flagged on damaged sales/orders.
After driver check-in, review finalized paperwork to ensure completion, signatures, and billing.
Resolve cases and e-mails from internal and external customers.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Any other duties assigned by location and/or leadership
Secondary Job Functions

Provide assistance to the Customer Experience department as needed
Maintain reliable attendance.
Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
