Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring that each store meets or exceeds sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to develop high-performing teams. Provide guidance on best practices, staff development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches tailored to each store’s needs and demographics.
Monitor and enhance customer service standards across stores to ensure a consistent and excellent shopping experience. Address customer concerns and implement solutions to improve satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and insights on store performance, sales trends, and operational issues to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and improve store efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion retail.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire large teams across multiple locations.
Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and financial reports to drive performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with store teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
