About work:
Greet and serve our Members in a professional manner.
Answer telephone enquiries promptly and handle reservations to confirm daily bookings.
Maintain Members' records diligently in the club's system.
Ensure menus are adequate, clean, and presentable at all times.
Prepare and oversee the printing of menus and other dining-related materials.
Arrange the tables meticulously in the dining area for an optimal guest experience.
Respond to all inquiries from Members and their guests in a warm and courteous manner.
Required skills and experience:
- Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry

所需技能及經驗:
- 持有餐飲/酒店管理學位/高級文憑/文憑
- 最少3年餐飲業經驗
