What you'll be doing:
- Providing direct care to children and young people in a residential setting
- Implementing individual care plans and supporting residents' emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for residents
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Block shifts
