About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Residential Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established aged care facility located either 2.5 hours from Melbourne or within Tasmania's lush landscapes.

What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or relevant healthcare professional.
- Proven management experience within aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to inspire a dedicated team.
