Hourly Rate for Residential Care Workers is in the range of £12.50 to £15.50. Experienced and Fully Qualified (HNC and SVQ 3) applicants will be on the following Pay Rate: A minimum £14 per hour, equivalent to an Annual Salary Approx : £33,890 inclusive of sleepover allowance.
