Randstad have partnered with a reputable care company based in Edinburgh and the Lothians to recruit residential care workers to join the already established teams, as well as opening 2 new homes.
We are looking for caring, committed and compassionate residential care workers who are committed to positively changing children's lives. Salaries are based on experience and qualifications with salaries as high as £37021 (including sleepover rates). There are a number of contracts available full and part time, with shift patterns dependent on contracts however due to the nature of the business unsociable hours are required along with sleepovers.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2+ years of experience within a children's residential service
- Have experience of a range of support needs
- Be willing to work towards goals and be comfortable setting targets
- Be fully qualified or willing to work towards a qualification
- Be registered with SSSC
- Have a clean & current driving licence
