Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based around Stratford upon Avon.
Offering a competitive salary of £32,500 + car allowance/ car and benefits
- You will be working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
- Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procedures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
Requirements:
- We ask that you have previous experience within a similar role or industry
- Are happy to travel around service area (company vehicle provided)
- Have a full UK driving licence is a must
- Are an excellent communicator
