MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* To support members of the project/program teams and stakeholders to help plan activities, develop schedules and oversee
(track) progress to make sure goals are met on time.
* Lead and progress smaller task-based sub-projects.
* Measure and monitor project progress through reporting and communication of metrics to all team members.
* Works with Programme / Project Managers to run project reports and implement updates through appropriate change
control, including assessments of scope, cost, and schedule. Maintains associated change control records.
* Prepare and provide project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
* Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
* Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and meet project commitments without sacrificing quality.
