The Reporting Specialist (RS) will further strengthen and improve the Statutory reporting function within the organization. Besides that, he or she will manage the statutory reporting activities and ensure that all reporting requirements for the 7 administrations will be applied.
You will be part of a team of 15 persons in the Finance & Procurement Department, which is responsible for all control, accounting, procurement, audit, treasury and tax activities, and jointly cooperates to attain the roadmap and timelines set.
The reporting line is into the Director Finance and Procurement, who reports into the CFRO.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the various financial audits, both IFRS Annual accounts, Annual report, and audits based on NVCOS805 and NVCOS4400.
• Maintain and improve the IFRS compliancy, both in financial reporting ex post, as ex ante in deal-decision making (e.g. deal due diligence, SPPI tests, IFRS 9 consequences)
• Manage and prepare the consolidation of the financial statements, the Annual report and the standalone annual accounts;
• Prepare and manage the bi-yearly reporting to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the audit protocol.
• Manage the company’s tax governance and integrity, responsible for tax compliance together with tax consultants.
• Drive the coming External Audit tender (Q3 Q4 2024) together with Procurement.
• Team member of the CSRD and EU taxonomy project group.
• Future Team member of the integrated enterprise project group.
• Support and cooperate in the monthly and or quarterly reporting cycle of the control team.
• Work positively and pro-actively together with the other Controllers.
