Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
- Handle power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
- Carry out installation work.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide fault diagnostics where necessary.
- Travel regionally to clients' sites, including offices, primary schools, and fire stations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 18th Edition certification.
- Previous experience in commercial environments.
- Proven reactive maintenance experience.
- Enhanced DBS.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card.
- City & Guilds Testing & Inspection.
- Capable electrical installation experience.
