Responsibilities
-Manage sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation
-up-to-date and accurate data in the company's marketing database
-Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle management and cleanliness standards
-Comply with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agency regulations
-Reconcile customer issues, questions and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow current customer base
Qualifications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates flexibility to work in a dynamic environment at a fast pace
-Very energetic, motivated and autonomous person, capable of working on several projects and activities simultaneously and thriving in a dynamic work environment where activities unfold quickly
-Skills for creating and maintaining professional relationships at all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, clients, supervisors)
-Able to work independently and in a team
-Attention to detail and good monitoring practices
- Demonstrates strong common sense and the ability to learn quickly
-Be able to relocate regionally/to the United States upon completion of the training program
-Intermediate computer skills required
