Responsibilities
• Creating reservations and processing rentals in the system, along with preparing the necessary paperwork.
• Researching and locating equipment for the sales team as required.
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR), including following up on overdue customer invoices.
• Helping to create purchase orders for vendors and assisting with invoice processing.
• Maintaining and updating rental contract return dates, ensuring accuracy for expiring contracts.
• Providing support with logistical arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Minumum one year of experience as a Contract Administrator, or in Rental Coordination
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel.
