As Release and Deployment Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient release of software and technology solutions into production environments. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the release and deployment process, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and communication. In this role you are part of the Global IT Services team, service integration and management.
Your prime focus will be on orchestration and coordination releases and deployments for all ‘One’ programs executed within Randstad Global IT driving the modernisation of our application landscape. You play a pivotal role in ensuring code promotion towards running production environments is carried out in an efficient and quality manner without major business disruptions.
The Release & Deployment Manager is deeply involved in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes engaging with key figures such as the leads of various global programs, the head of enterprise architecture, and stakeholders within GIS such as the Head of Business Applications and the Service Transition Manager. He/ she also interacts closely with local stakeholders across different markets as well as with many suppliers (from different consulting partners to many software suppliers). You will work within the Service Management & Integration team of Global IT Services and report to the head of this team.
You possess numerous skills and qualifications to successfully fulfill activities related to release and deployment activities, driving the orchestration of activities, bringing flexibility for programs to roll out new functionalities and new Markets while having stability in our ru production environments.
