They’re now looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team on a full-time contract basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference while supporting sustainable growth and community well-being.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use your knowledge of Queensland Workers' Compensation legislation and experience in occupational rehabilitation to make a real impact, especially in a self-insurance environment.
- Research trends and patterns, and develop effective rehabilitation strategies that drive Zero Harm outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and team members, using your communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive matters with care.
- Lead the planning and coordination of rehabilitation cases to meet both corporate and individual goals.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by giving and receiving feedback, and supporting a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualification in an allied health-related field or rehabilitation, or at least 2 years of experience in workplace rehabilitation case management or injury management.
- Strong experience in managing rehabilitation cases and delivering successful outcomes for clients and businesses.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering results.
