Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly and quarterly regulatory reports.

- Establish and enforce controls for regulatory reporting, including reconciliations, cross-checks, variance analysis, and investigations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency of regulatory and MI data feeds, financial information, and inputs.
- Support automation efforts in implementing a new regulatory reporting system.
- Develop and maintain controls and documentation for regulatory reporting.
- Assist in executing new business/product changes and upcoming regulatory updates.
- Support the Head of Regulatory Reporting in preparing Pillar 3 disclosure, ICAAP, ILAAP, and RRP documents, including stress testing.
- Enhance understanding of capital and liquidity reporting requirements across the organization, providing support as needed.
- Act as Deputy for the Head of Regulatory Reporting and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3 years' financial services experience in banking.
- Proficient in regulatory reporting, including knowledge of Basel 3 / CRD IV.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of liquidity, capital, market, and credit risk.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work UK hours occasionally and during Malaysia public holidays.
