What You'll Do
As a Registered House Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation, making a meaningful impact every day:
🔹 Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential care home, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and residents.
🔹 Lead by example - Foster a culture of high standards, compassion, and accountability.
🔹 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to guarantee the highest quality care.
🔹 Manage budgets, and coordinate staff training and professional development to nurture an empowered team.
🔹 Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including the Care Inspectorate and Local Authorities.
What We're Looking For
We need a passionate, driven, and proactive leader who is ready to make a lasting difference:
🔹 Qualifications: SVQ 4/SCQF Level 9 in Children and Young People or CSLM (or equivalent).
🔹 Experience: At least 2 years in a management role and 5+ years in residential childcare.
🔹 Leadership: A resilient, compassionate leader with a commitment to empowering teams.
🔹 Skills: Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🔹 Driving: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
