Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage and oversee recruitment activities across multiple regions. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring access to top talents within the industry
- Collaborate with management and department heads to understand leadership recruitment needs and create customised recruitment plans to meet those needs effectively.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and networking to identify, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates from the industry
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate campus recruitment efforts, establishing strong relationships with universities to recruit promising graduates across Southeast Asia.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities, motivations and cultural fit
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Research on the industry talent trends and market intelligence, providing feedback to business stakeholders while nurturing talent communities.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends, continuously enhancing recruitment strategies' effectiveness.
- Produce recruitment metrics reports and analysis to monitor effectiveness and generate insights for strategy improvement and new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing across gaming, digital, technology, or creative industries, focusing on corporate and go-to-market roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods, executive search techniques and digital recruitment platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in business-level Mandarin is required to liaise with internal stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
