about the manager
As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the Sales Director who is based in Singapore. You will work closely with appointed distributors in your assigned markets. You will also work closely with internal technical support teams to provide 1st class support to your distributors.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, genetics, biostatistics, electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related biological/scientific field. They must have at least 5 years of sales experience, with exposure to regional sales and an understanding of the market requirements in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
Leadership and management skills are essential, along with a good network and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major customers. The candidate should possess a pleasant personality, be a team player, and have strong communication skills.
