The candidate will handle sales & business development of cardio diabetic segment based at
Telangana & Andhrapradesh.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales
activities within their assigned region, including developing and implementing sales strategies,
managing a sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market
research, and achieving sales targets.
Therapy: Cardio-Diabetic
Min 12 years of Pharma sales with the exposure to AP & Telangana markets
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Analyze and review performance metrics and suggest improvements periodically
