The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders within the assigned region.

As the Regional Sales Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for urology and robotic medical products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of working sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with urology and robotic experience preferred.
