Reporting to the Regional Head of Rewards, this pivotal role is a newly created, individual contributor role, who will manage the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the regional rewards strategies, preferably in a dynamic global environment.
You will be responsible for leading, designing, implementing and reviewing the company rewards strategy, policies and governance processes for employees in the region. This includes leading and overseeing Compensation and Benefits philosophies, proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in total rewards, driving initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of total rewards programs.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing the Rewards function
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, enabling you to effectively influence and engage various stakeholders, including the senior management team

- Up to $130k/annum (on 12 months) + variable bonus (subjected to KPI and company performance)
