Sales is responsible for achieving sales related targets and for achieving the company vision in a long term. The purpose of Regional Sales is to achieve the same by supporting and guiding dealers in the responsible area. Regional Sales Manager leads a team of Area Managers to serve this purpose.1. Achievement of sales related targets: NC and UC sales targets, NC stock target, and CS target sare examples of "sales related targets."2. Management of Area Managers: This includes, for example, to monitor and manage Area Manager activities, and to handle escalations from Area Managers or Dealers in the responsible area. Also included is to grow people. Coach young Area Managers. Support developing their career plan and provide training to enhance their skills.3. Liaison between NSC and Dealers: Regional Sales needs to ensure that Dealers understand and act in line with our strategies. Dealers are a face of our brand in their respective areas. Regional Sales also needs to ensure that the relevant voice of dealers is brought into NSC and be reflected in our decision making.4. Compliance: Regional Manager needs to ensure that Area Managers (and himself/herself) are compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.Since Area Managers are the first contact point of Dealers, extra attention and efforts need to be paid to ensure full compliance.5. Team Management: Other responsibilities for example include administrative tasks like travel and entertainment budget management and maintenance of ISO9001 qualification.#LI-Hybrid
