The role involves maintaining HR systems (WorkDay), managing employee records, preparing HR documents, conducting new hire orientations, handling on-boarding and off-boarding activities, and supporting HR projects.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will be working closely with the team and HRBPs.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
