This is a newly created 2 year renewable / convertible contract role. Reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services, you will:

Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including benefits administration, work pass / visa application and renewal, HR report preparation and policies
Provide administrative support for the employees’ life cycle activities from on-boarding to exit
Maintain and upkeep of employees’ P-file database
Be the point of contract to employees and external vendors for benefits and HR operations matters
Support other HR projects as required

skills and experience required

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with experience supporting APAC and/or global portfolio
Team player and able to work with colleagues across the region
Independent and meticulous
Good knowledge of HR practices and policies for APAC and/or global portfolio
