My client, a leader in the educational provider space, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Digital Marketing Head/Lead to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the region.
The ideal candidate would require a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of B2C lead generation, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns and extensive regional experience, a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, and the strategic vision to drive growth in a competitive educational landscape.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, your responsibilities would include
... - Lead the creation and execution of B2C digital marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs, driving enrollment growth for educational programs across multiple countries.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social, retargeting) to maximize ROI, with a strong focus on achieving enrollment objectives and maintaining brand integrity.
- Direct and implement SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring robust organic search rankings while optimizing paid search performance for maximum lead acquisition.
- Manage and mentor a diverse digital marketing team across the region, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and development through ongoing mentorship and training.
- Leverage data analytics tools, including Google Analytics and CRM platforms, to monitor and adjust marketing campaigns, optimize lead acquisition funnels, and improve conversion rates across channels.
- Oversee the regional digital marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize cost-efficiency and campaign impact.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, admissions, and program directors to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and regional goals.
Skills and experience required
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution, balancing high-level planning with day-to-day campaign management.
- Proven experience in managing and growing high-performing regional digital marketing teams, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media. Strong hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
