about the role:
- Liaise directly with the country's distributors on product sales within the South or North Asia region.
- Distributor management
- Collaborate with country partners to formulate sales forecasts and budgets, encompassing both sell-in and sell-through processes.
- Assist country partners in negotiating business deals within the local context to optimize opportunities in the company's best interest.
- Provide comprehensive support and holistic solutions for the development of market businesses, identifying and proposing proactive business opportunities.
- Measure and track country performance, focusing on sales growth and market penetration.
- Facilitate timely business reviews with country partners, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the global product team, translating key product strategies into localized plans for the assigned regions.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams on new product launches.
skills and experience required
- At least 2 - 5 years of Regional key account / sales / business development experience within the FMCG lifestyle segment - with a proven track record in sales growth (preferably regionally).
- Proven track record of liaising with distributors within the FMCG sector.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
