This position involves managing the e-commerce platform for multiple markets across Asia
including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Indonesia. The ideal candidate has
at least 8 years’ experience managing a large e-commerce team for a well-known brand and
at least 12 years’ experience in the digital space. This is a challenging and rewarding
opportunity to lead and shape our e-commerce initiatives. Responsibilities:- E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-
commerce strategy aligned with the company's objectives for B2B and B2C. Identifynew opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive business
growth.
- Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store.
Ensure smooth functionality, optimize the customer experience, and monitor
inventory levels.
- Digital Marketing: Alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, develop and execute
digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize
sales.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the online customer
experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and analyze customer
service, reviews, and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement
strategies to enhance website usability, navigation, and personalization.
- E-commerce Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance
indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives. Generate
regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other
relevant metrics. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive
business growth.- E-commerce Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the e-
commerce platform, including website performance, mobile optimization, andcheckout process.
- Manage all digital teams, including Digital Marketing, Digital Design, Tech, and
Customer Service, to provide a world-class online shopping experience. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications
in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
- Postgraduate degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- At least 8 years’ experience as an E-commerce Manager for a well-known brand,
with a successful track record of driving online sales growth, with at least 12 years’
experience working in the digital space- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable
insights.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, and content management
systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
