We are looking for talent who have experience in leading a team both in sales and service as well as helping to expand one of their largest market segment.

Responsibilities
• Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for sales and aftersales in the Central region, ensuring
seamless daily operations
•Recruit, mentor, and manage the performance of regional team members, fostering their professional growth
• Targeting a broad customer range including Industrial, environmental, and municipal
• Providing technical knowledge and experience regarding equipment and services
• Overseeing and forecasting financial budgets
• Attending trade shows and representing the organization to customers and vendors
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education – Engineering preferred
• Strong leadership experience - managing a team (sales and service)
• Expeirence in industrial equipment - blowers and compressors an asset
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Ability to travel within North America a few times a quarter
