About the Job
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, based in Singapore.
You will get to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads within the Middle East and North Africa Market (MENA).
Executing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Content Management
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Marketing Operations
- Keep content of the websites updated and accurate using Content Management System (CMS) – Core Media.
- Provide ongoing reports and dashboards for all campaigns and to reflect KPIs/goals along with overall company goals.
- Content refers to materials such as: Web copy, case studies, blogs, press releases and other general information.
Team Focus & Communication Skills
- Work with regional marketing team to manage digital content/materials.
- Work with regional team members to plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with regional marketing team to coordinate online event readiness together.
- Understand and keep abreast of countries’ digital landscape and sharing of best practices whenever applicable.
Skills required
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ hands-on in a B2B / logistics sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing campaigns across various channels in the MENA region.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Pardot.
