Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Director will lead all business development activities and take full P&L responsibility for the APAC region. You will get to lead our winning sales organization leveraging and further building strong relationships with existing and new airline clients as well as brand partners.

- Develop and implement tailored sales & business development strategies
- Assess and develop a winning sales organization including a strong collaboration with the operations teams

- Work closely with the brand, design and innovation resources to create winning product and service offerings for now and the future track and further enhance customer and passenger satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and leading sales teams across a large geography, ideally within the airline, hospitality industry.
Outgoing, entrepreneurial, organized, responsible as well as proactive and solution-oriented in nature and has a positive outlook to participate in a dynamic young team with strong communication skills.
- Degree holder in business, marketing or other relevant fields
- At least fifteen years of relevant and successful experience in business development and sales ideally within the airline inflight service / catering / HORECA sector.
- Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to win over customers and build effective relationships
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and ability to manage teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and well across multifunctional teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that will require handling a variety of tasks
- Problem-solving, planning and project management skills, well organized and detail-oriented
- Strong desire to travel
- Experience in managing businesses in Asia
