about the role:
- Liaise with distributors across the SEA region, maintaining strong relationships to support their sales efforts.
- Work closely with distributors to strategise on ways to boost sales across the region.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in SEA countries.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance in existing markets and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to provide recommendations for market entry and expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and category management, to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies.
- Regularly visit distributors and markets to provide on-the-ground support and foster long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
skills and experience required:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently is essential for this role.
- At least 5 years of experience in distributor management, preferably across the SEA region.
- Good understanding of the oral hygiene / medical product market.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
