Our client is a reputable FMCG MNC, currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join the Regional C&B team.
about the job
Reporting to the Regional C&B Lead, you will be an individual contributor managing the designing and implementation of rewards programs for the Asia Pacific region, including but not limited to:
- Design and deliver competitive rewards programs aligned with market standards and legal requirements, including sales incentives, bonus and merit increments, benefit programs such as insurance, pensions, and wellness initiatives
- Manage annual compensation cycle - annual salary structure and salary reviews, pay and benefits benchmarking, market analyses, and cost modeling
- Manage job evaluations and salary benchmarking, ensure data integrity in HR systems and participate in global HR or rewards initiatives and projects
- Conduct rewards reviews, including cross-border packages, localization, taxation studies, and allowances
- Support ad-hoc analysis, material preparation, and reviewing reward changes
- Act as a rewards advisor for HR business partners and regional HR teams, providing guidance on direct rewards matters to attract, motivate, and retain talent

skills and experience required
- Bachelors' degree, with minimum 5 years of relevant C&B experience
- Relevant work experience in managing compensation and benefits, regional experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication, with stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
