The Regional Category Manager is responsible for managing the spends of Above-the-line Marketing Communication (short for ATL MARCOM) and creation/execution of procurement strategy. The assigned spend category constitutes significant opportunities of delivering cost efficiency and brand impactful effectiveness to business to accelerate growth.

•Bachelor’s degree, supply chain, engineering or business-related major is preferred
•Min 5 years’ experience in purchasing in MNC or network agency, experience of marketing services is a plus
•Self-motivated; result-oriented
•English: fluent orally and writing
•Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
•Strong sense of Business acumen is preferred
