What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Coordinate End-to-End Recruitment: Work closely with hiring manager guiding them to identify and attract top talent.
• Strategic Partnership: Coaching and guiding managers to think strategically about their hiring needs.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools
• Enhance Processes: Review, create, and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Drive Recruitment Outcomes: Oversee administrative aspects like ad drafting, working with managers, and preparing contracts while evolving the team into a more strategic space.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with your team and managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service that reflects a customer-service-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, with prior experience working across an internal or agency recruitment environment.
• Outgoing and Vibrant Personality: Resilient, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to drive results.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service and guiding stakeholders through the recruitment journey.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to coach managers, help them refine their talent needs, and represent the team at its best.
