- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Work with Sr. Leader / Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.
