About the job
As our Recruitment Consultant in Sydney CBD, you will manage clients across a variety of industry sectors and place HR Professionals in junior roles including HR Admin, HR Coordinators and HR Advisors.
A typical day;
- Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
- Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement in permanent and temporary HR positions
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
- Proactive in your approach to building and nurturing client relationships
- Become a true consultant in the HR Industry - keeping up to date with industry trends
