Your new role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter or sales professional to join as a Consultant in our Industrial team based in Hendra, QLD. You will focus on recruiting logistics and warehousing, production and manufacturing roles, including machine operators, production workers, warehouse supervisors, pick packers, labourers, and much more!

What we are looking for in you:

• Previous experience in recruitment (bonus points if you’ve worked in industrial or logistics!)
• Great at building relationships and connecting with people
• Sales-driven and motivated to hit targets and see results
• Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who’s always looking for new business opportunities
• Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a team
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in account management or business development is a plus
• Resilient and not afraid of a challenge
