We are currently looking for an experienced Consultant to join our HR Team. With an established client base and strategic relationship built over the years, our HR team has experienced continued success within the market and is looking once again to further grow.
You will perform end to end recruitment from business development, market map to candidate management for the key roles within your specialisation, commercial sector or banking and financial services.
- Responsible for sourcing talents and matching them to suitable roles
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients while continuous development of new business
- Utilise headhunting, networking and cold calling techniques to build your candidate & client database
- Analyse client requirements & offer recruitment advice and solutions
skills and experience required
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in the agency environment
- Track record of success in achieving targets
- Highly driven and strong work ethic
- University degree qualified
- Fluent in English, Cantonese/Mandarin
