As a Recruitment Consultant on our Education team in Sydney's CBD, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for early years positions including childcare workers, managers and directors. You will manage the permanent recruitment desk, focusing on nurturing and expanding relationships with established clients and developing new business.

How your day will look:

• Build and manage relationships with Randstad's large pool of childcare providers
• Business development with new clients
• Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
• Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
• Screening, interviewing and presentation of quality candidates

• You thrive on building trusting relationships
• Previous experience within agency recruitment, sales or childcare industry professionals
• You are results driven and motivated to exceed sales targets
• You are resilient, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You listen, consult and communicate proactively
