The HR Division in Japan is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction for both hiring managers and candidates. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, covering both Lateral and Campus Recruitment.ResponsibilitiesCampus Recruiting•Serve as the primary contact for all Graduate applicants.•Regularly review and improve recruitment processes to meet internal and external needs.•Collaborate with external vendors and the Brand & Communications team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and other resources supporting recruitment efforts.•Innovate and diversify sourcing strategies for campus recruitment.•Track and evaluate the effectiveness of Graduate campaigns and recruitment events to refine marketing strategies.•Identify strategic opportunities to enhance the corporate employer brand presence on campus.•Organize events to build a strong talent pipeline of high-quality graduates to fulfill recruitment needs.Lateral Recruitment•Build strong relationships with hiring managers to plan for hiring needs in their departments and to establish diverse talent pools to meet workforce planning, hiring demands, and targets.•Regularly review and enhance recruitment processes to align with internal and external demands.•Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle in the applicant tracking system—from requisition creation to offer extension, ensuring start dates are met.•Facilitate the interview and selection process, including scheduling, following up on interview assessments, and conducting HR interviews.•Partner with HRBPs and HR Connect teams throughout the recruitment process.•Serve as a point of contact for candidates, building strong, influential relationships during the selection process.
求められる経験
• Over 3 years of experience in campus and/or lateral recruiting within corporate settings or search firms
• Proficient in English and Japanese at a business level
• Skilled in multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and committed to achieving success
