• Working in a variety of roles across the Aquatic and Recreation Facilities.
• Provide high levels of customer service and communication to patrons across both Centre’s, to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensuring the safety of patrons and responding to first aid situations in accordance with level of training and the role undertaken.
• Delivering and undertaking key responsibilities with your role under guidance from your Duty Supervisor.
• Have a thorough understanding of facility policies, procedures and safety initiatives and programs in place.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and WHS policies
• Assist with the effective operations and delivery of programs across Aquatic and Recreation facilities.

Certifications You Will Need:

• Lifeguard (or willing to obtain)
• AUSTSWIM or equivalent Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or willing to obtain)
• Provide First Aid
• CPR
• Working With Children Check
• Child Safe Environments
