- Handle customer enquires through Phone & email
- Excellent telephone skills - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Excellent with managing guest/ visitors and front desk activities.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Support in managing support staff.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Intimate the receipt of materials from vendors to Warehouse.
- Checking laundry garments for quantity & make entries in corresponding registers / books.
- Maintenance of stock; ordering housekeeping and other necessary items when required.
- Manage the Pantry inward and outward inventory.
- Maintaining attendance registers of contract workers.
- Checking of materials/ items received and making necessary entries.
- Responsible for all the activities related to Reception
- Supervising administrative associates and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Overseeing the daily administrative operations like Security and Surveillance, housekeeping, canteen, transport, courier, laundry etc.
