▪ Greet customers, visitors and redirect them to the desired people (in person and on the telephone);
▪Take calls
▪ Manage emails
▪ Manage deliveries
Qualifications
▪ D.E.P. or D.E.C. in administration is an asset.
▪ Experience in customer service
▪ Good command of the Office suite and the Google Suite
▪ English – Spoken and written
▪ French – Spoken and written
▪ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
▪ Discretion, diplomacy and courtesy;
▪ Work ethic focused on dynamism and collaboration;
