We are seeking a reliable and friendly School Receptionist/ Admin Support to join our dedicated administrative team at a set of Primary and Secondary Schools in Blackpool. As the first point of contact for pupil's , parents, and visitors, the receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our school.
You will play a key role in managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to staff, pupil's, and parents.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as school deliveries.
- Assisting with pupil registrations, attendance records, and maintaining databases.
- Providing general administrative support to staff and teachers as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of communication and operations within the school.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Personal Attributes:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
