Provide accurate and basic information in person, over the phone, and via email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail.
Update calendars and coordinate meetings.
Perform formatting tasks and other administrative duties.
Maintain records of office expenses and costs up to date.
Qualifications
Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with strong prioritization skills.
