Responsibilities
-Keeping meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen are tidy and in order
-Reception and greeting of customers
- Ensure printers are well stocked with paper
-Stock the refrigerator with soft drinks, order stock of the kitchen as needed
-Assist with the mailroom and couriers as needed
-Resolving facility-related issues
-Inspections, reporting safety issues and malfunctions, assisting in scheduling repairs.
-Supervising projects and company events,
-Maintaining facility recycling and shredding programs
-Conducting physical assets inventories and disposition of assets
-Ensure all common areas are clean while conference rooms are in order and ready to welcome clients
-Process supply orders and supplier management
-Maintains furniture in good state of repair per office standards
-Tracks maintains, and orders consumable items, office supplies, janitorial supplies, and other facility-related items.
-Documents the delivery of items, monitors backorders and validates invoices for payment approval by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• ability to lift up of 25 pounds
• 2+ year of receptionist experience.
• 1+ years experience working in an office setting and corporate enviroments
• strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• personable and customer service oriented
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Great wririten and communcation skills
