We are recruiting proactive Receptionists or Office Admin for a set of reputed Primary and Secondary Schools that are based in and around Blackpool to join their Administration team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, contributing to the smooth running of our school.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, parents, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide administrative support to teachers and senior staff as required.
- Assist with student attendance monitoring and record-keeping.
- Distribute information and updates to parents and staff through newsletters, emails, or notices.
- Assist in organising school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials available.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
